As a pastor’s child, I grew up in the church. Little did I know that one day the Lord would call me into the preaching ministry as well, but He did. I preached my first sermon at the age of sixteen, and the rest is history. I absolutely love preaching and teaching God’s word, verse by verse and book by book. Up to this point in my ministry, I have preached or taught through the books of Galatians, Ephesians, Colossians, 1 John, Genesis 1-12, Daniel, Malachi, and on the life of King David from 1-2 Samuel. Currently I am preaching through the gospel of Luke and Peter’s first epistle.

I met my wife Tess in May of 2010 and married her in April of 2013. She is a great supporter and a vital asset to my ministry. I could not do all that I do without her. We enjoy spending time together cheering on our favorite sports teams, doing all sorts of outside activities, and playing guitar and singing.

I am a two time graduate of Criswell College in Dallas, TX. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies (2013) and a Master of Arts in Theological and Biblical Studies (2015), both Summa Cum Laude.

Although I was born and raised in Texas, I am an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan. I enjoy attending football games in Norman in the fall, and other sporting events throughout the year.
